We provide a safe & secure environment for you to openly discuss your fears, concerns, and experiences about gender issues and transitioning with other trans* LEOs and LESPs.

Our members and leadership team can offer to share their experiences in transitioning at a law enforcement agency and can recommend things that have worked and things that have not worked when they transitioned and explain why or why not.

We help with transition planning, especially at your law enforcement or public safety organization.

We offer resources for you and your employer to assist with policy development, transition planning, and offer best practices suggestions.
